Falling Out of Love with Data (a second draft)

Last month my friend Lindsey, the founder of Women Catalysts (an amazing community!), posted a photo of me on their instagram account asking if I was planning to speak at their April Lightning Talks event.

At the time I had been thinking about preparing a new talk, but thought I wasn't ready because I didn't have any of my thoughts well-documented. And then I remembered this post. 

So with just over a week to prepare, I decided to give it a shot. The talks are meant to be very short, so I figured that would be plenty of time to take my shitty first draft and turn it into a shitty second draft. And I think it went really well! The video quality is terrible because I had to do a screen recording off of Facebook live, but I hope you still enjoy it!
